NC PATH data We are in the process of integrating the new NCPATH foster care data into prior datasets. Until this is complete, current foster care data frequencies reported here will be lower than the true frequencies. This note will be removed when the integration is complete.

Select a county by clicking on the map or using the [County Selector] pulldown on the right of the menu bar.

You may hide/show the map using the [Hide/Show map] button on the menu bar. Your choice will persist as you select different pages.

Demographics: Count of children aged <19 years in previous 5 years

Alpha version of Creating Indicators

Presentation given to all NCDSS-START counties is available here.
Date fields in downloaded Excel files are now explicitly formatted as dates

Tables now show upper and lower date limits
Summary tables (Experiences reports -> Summary tables) can now be generated for any type of area selection, i.e., county, size classification, region, or judicial district. Captions for these tables have been made more descriptive
Corrected variable labeling issue that caused gender-categorized Experiences reports tables to crash

NC PATH data are now included in the intake and assessment data
Data downloads are available as an Excel file with a metadata sheet (default) or a zipfile containing separate CSV files for data and metadata. Files are now named as the underlying table name rather than as 'download'

Added the latest downloadable child welfare reports

Added point-in-time data for exits from foster care (all exits, not unique exits by child)
Added help and page text for selected tables, such as those showing cohort data

Corrected issue whereby demographics plot was not populated on first visiting site

Email contact form added. Menu icon added and map icon changed, accordingly
Accessibility improvements (home icon, form labels)
